SHIPPING

Free shipping worldwide. Return is charged.

All orders are processed and sent from our show room in Vilnius, Gediminas av. 3A, LT 01103, Lithuania and shipped by DPD within Lithuania. Orders outside Lithuania are shipped with DHL. 

A return note is included in each shipment.

Our delivery times:
- Europe: 1-3 business days,
- Outside Europe: 2-10 business days.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or to your home address - depends of your selected option. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, VAT & insurance are always included in your order value. You will not have to worry about anything after the order is placed - we will handle it all for you. If any additional taxes and/ or shipping fees apply they will be calculated and added in checkout. So we assure that you will not incur any additional charges once you've paid for your order.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club. We follow Lithuanian law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to hello@formesjewelry.com.

SIZES

We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size. If you wish to change size please contact us at hello@formesjewelry.com. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customised. However, we may offer service for resizing. 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS

You have the right to return your order within 90 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@formesjewelry.com. 

If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 90 days period from the delivery. Please contact us so that we can guarantee that the product is in stock. Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. 

DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee that this website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other erroneous content.

We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site are in stock. You will be notified by email as soon as we received your order.

We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary.

We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE

FORMÉS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, FORMÉS shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
