Terms of service
Our goods are either in stock or pre-order. All the goods that are in stock comply with the following terms. All the pre-order goods will have to be produced first and it will take up to 14 business days to prepare them for the shipment.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The customer outside the European Union will be responsible for paying any import duties, clearance fees, or other fees assessed during the transport of your order. FORMÉS has no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation needed by customs in the buyer's country are correctly provided and in the correct form.
VAT is always included in the price and applies all countries.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Free shipping worldwide.
Same day delivery in Vilnius, Lithuania. For other destinations - for ready to ship items please allow us up to 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered. For the pre - order items additional 14 business days are required to implement the order.
PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Prices are shown, and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries.
ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee.
The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
DPD
We offer shipping with DPD within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or to your home address. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.
FEDEX
We offer shipping with FEDEX for international orders. Your order will be delivered to your home address. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is on its way to you.
Pick up in store in Lithuania
Your order will be ready to pick up in our stockist's store The Place, Subačius st. 17, Vilnius, Lithuania. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up. When picking up your package in our stockist's store, please bring your ID. If you are picking up a package for someone else, please bring your ID and the person who has ordered the package ́s ID.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Simply write to us via e-mail hello@formesjewelry.com.
If you would like to exchange your product for a piece which costs less than the original one, we will reimburse you the difference. Your refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
If you would like to exchange for a more expensive product we will send you a proforma invoice according to which you can pay the difference.
For the pre order items - exchanges are not accepted for the items made to order. However, you may contact us with your case and if we find your request reasonable, we may accept the return and / or exchange for pre - order items as well. We promise excellent customer service in every situation.
Returns
If you for any reason would like to return your jewelry, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply select the reason that best fits on the Return Form you have received with your order and include it with your returned item.
For the pre order items - returns are not accepted for the items made to order. However, you may still contact us with your case and if we find your request reasonable, we may accept the return and / or exchange for pre - order items as well. We promise excellent customer service in every situation.
FEDEX
As your chosen carrier, FEDEX has included a return label with your order. Simply place this on the package including your jewelry and leave it at your nearest FEDEX service point. Please contact us to get a new return label if you do not have one. Returns are not for free.
DPD
As your chosen carrier, DPD has included a return label with your order. Simply place this on the package including your jewelry and request a pick-up from DPD. Returns are not for free.
Return in store in Lithuania
Please come by to our stockist's store The Place, Subačius st. 17, Vilnius, Lithuania, to return your order. If you want to ship the order back to us please get in contact with our customer service via hello@formesjewelry.com and we will send you a return label and instruction how to proceed.
Non-EU countries returns
If you choose to return a Non-EU (European Union) order, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments.

For returns outside the EU countries, the customer is responsible for paying customs clearance fees. Customs clearance fees (when applied) will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Products are classified as faulty if they are damaged at the time of receipt or where a manufacturing fault occurs or becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase. This policy does not include damage caused by normal use over time. If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible with documentation of the damage and/or fault, before sending the piece, so that the damage can be assessed.
If the complaint is approved, we will send you a similar non-faulty product upon receipt of the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage.
If the faulty product you returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount.
Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.
All international orders are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that local tax and custom duties are included in the price.
Please note: The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain intact and attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products that have been made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@formesjewelry.com.
DISCLAIMER
We cannot guarantee that this website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other erroneous content. We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site are in stock. You will be notified by email as soon as we received your order. We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary. We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.
FORCE MAJEURE
Formes Fine Jewelry shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Formes Fine Jewelry shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
